Located directly across from the beach, this luxurious three-story beach home sports one of the largest pools available in the area.  This pool measures 16'x24'x5.5’ deep and has an attached hot tub, lighting for night swimming, and a large patio area for sunbathing or hanging out under the porch in the shade.  A beautiful five foot privacy fence surrounds the entire patio/pool area.

​On the first floor, you will find two spacious king bedrooms with French doors opening directly to the pool area.  Both bedrooms have a private bath--one with a roomy shower and the other with a tub/shower combination.  On the back, you will find a large bedroom with private bath.  This back bedroom features two sets of  full over full built-in bunk beds. In the hall, there is a linen closet with extra linens as well as the elevator and stairs.

​The second floor has a spacious living and dining area with a modern kitchen including stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, cookware, coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot and blender. We even have a highchair and Pack ‘n Play for the little oneS.  ​The living area has a gas fireplace and a 65" smart TV.  Through the French doors, you can step onto the balcony which has two tables and chairs for relaxing, sharing a meal, or looking at the emerald waters. Just off the living area is a powder room. A convenient king bedroom with a private bath is located across from the elevator and stairs. A small balcony which overlooks parking and a spacious grassy area is steps from this bedroom.

​ A generous king master en suite is located on the third floor.  This gracious room has walk-in closets, a smart television, an expansive bathroom, and French doors opening onto a balcony which spans the width of the home. Across from the king master is another king  bedroom with a private bathroom and French doors opening to the balcony.  The third floor houses the laundry room with a large washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.

All three floors are accessible via elevator or stairs.

​The home has smart TV’s in all bedrooms and the second floor living area, complimentary Wi-Fi, gated walkover to the beach, and parking for five vehicles. All linens for bed and bath are supplied as well as beach towels.
